If you want to participate in both workshops, you can do one workshop in the morning and one in the afternoon.
WORKSHOP CONFLICT RESOLUTION, FINDING A WIN/WIN WAY, BY ROB VAN DER LOO (MEERKAT)
In our work, the quality of our relationships matters. And dealing with conflicts in a constructive way is extremely important for building and maintaining good relationships. Because you cannot prevent conflicts from occurring (though some of you might try that), they do. Finding your way there is challenging. This workshop will provide you with insight into your strengths and weaknesses in dealing with conflict as well as tools and techniques to work toward more win-win solutions.
Preparation: +/- 1 hour; instructions will follow.

This workshop focuses on creating effective academic presentations so that you can get your message across in the time allotted.
